A DRUNKEN Doe Lea man kicked a wing mirror off a car after being ejected from a bar in Chesterfield.

Luke Frakes was removed from Associations at 3am and staggered around outside, magistrates at Chesterfield were told.

“A door supervisor saw him kick the passenger side wing mirror from a parked vehicle and then walk around to the other side of the vehicle and urinate,” prosecutor David Horne told the court.

Frakes (21) was arrested and told police he was frustrated because he could not find his brothers after leaving the bar.

Frakes, of Southdown Close, Doe Lea, admitted damaging property on 21st October.

District Judge Andrew Davison gave him a six-month conditional discharge, with £85 costs, and £20 compensation.

Matt Evans, for Frakes, said: “He is embarassed about his behaviour and remorseful.”
