Drugs charges set for crown court
The case of a Mansfield man charged with drugs offences has been sent to Nottingham Crown Court.
Thomas John Rankin (47) of Maltby Road, is charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis, and possession of amphetamine.
Rankin entered no plea when he appeared before Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 22nd May, and will next appear before Nottingham Crown Court has been set for July 31st.
A separate date of September 18th was also set aside by magistrates, which has been reserved for case management purposes if Rankin pleads not guilty at his next appearance.
