A Hucknall man who was caught more than twice over the drink drive limit has been banned and fined.
Damian John Rennicks, 34, of Watnall Road, admitted driving while over the limit when he appeared at Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 16.
The court heard his VW Golf was stopped on Watnall Road on July 31.
A breath test revealed he had 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 17 months.
