Dog attacked by three others in Ollerton needed emergency treatment

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a dog on dog attack in wooded area in Ollerton.

At around 9.30am a man was walking his dog along a footpath in Forest Corner when it was attacked by three white dogs, believed to be Bull Mastiffs. All of the dogs are reported to have coloured spots on them and one of them is believed to answer to the name ‘Lily’.

The man walking the three dogs is described as white, of a slim build, between 5ft7ins-5ft9ins, has short dark hair and was wearing a black Puffa jacket and grey joggers.

A 51-year-old man sustained injuries to his left hand when he attempted to rescue his dog. The dog had multiple injuries and required emergency veterinary treatment.
