The ambulance service are looking for three new trainee technicians for Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Lincolnshire and will pay a salary of £20,150 to £23,363.

The service is asking that recruits are " physically fit, reliable, confident, caring and an empathetic individual."

A EMAS spokesman said: "To deliver high quality care to patients and their loved ones, you will be able to work well under pressure as an individual and as part of a team."

Requirements for the job include a clean full driving licence, including Categories B with two years driving experience.

Also applicants will need a minimum of five GSCE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above, including Maths, English and Science.
