Crimestoppers needed for Nottinghamshire

Independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers is building on its ‘Crime Matters’ campaign to appeal for enthusiastic members of the public to join its volunteer committee in Nottinghamshire and support the fight against crime in the county.

Regional manager, Kiran Dhanda, said: “Volunteering for Crimestoppers is a great way to make a difference and I’m really looking forward to growing our team.”

People can dedicate as much or as little time as they like.

Currently, around 20 people are arrested and charged every day as a result of information given to Crimestoppers.
