Man arrested after woman's body found in Derbyshire property

* The woman's body was found at a property on Alfred Street at 10am on Thursday.

* Paramedics made the discovery after receving a 999 call.

* Police were then called and have launched an investigation.

* A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
