“Since two people were seen leaving the scene, I would encourage anyone who may have seen either of those people to come forward.”

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has since been released under investigation.

Anyone who saw what happened should call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 794 of 9 July 2020.
