Theft

Amy Lavender, 38, of Victoria Street, Alfreton, admitted stealing bottles of alcohol of value unknown from Asda, meat items from Aldi, and obstructing a constable. She also admitted using threatening behaviour. She was committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks. Offences were committed whilst she was subject to a suspended sentence order.

Motoring

Daniel Hatton, 31, of Barnes Crescent, Sutton, admitted driving with 50mcg of alcohol 100ml of breath, where the legal limit is 35mcg, without a licence or insurance. He was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Piotr Wolczynski, 28, of High Hazles Drive, Huthwaite, admitted driving with 60 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Perry Roland Wilkinson, 51, of Debdale Way, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted driving with 45 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Miscellaneous

Ashley Stuart Downes, 25, of Nugent Lane, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to damaging the wing mirror of a Skoda Fabia and attempting to damage the wing mirrors of a Renault Dacia and a Toyota Avensis. He was fined £169 and ordered to pay compensation of £124.09 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Wayne Michael Hunt, 49, of Shirland Drive, Mansfield, admitted having a knife in a public place without good reason. A community order was made for two months with a curfew and electronic monitoring. There was a £85 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Drugs

Mac Ian Holbrook, 21, of Brick Kiln Lane, Mansfield, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £80 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.
