Adam Poxon's white transit van was stopped on Spital Road, Blyth, near Worksop, on May 20.

A test revealed he had 70 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath, when the legal limit is 35 mcgs.

Poxon, 26, of First Avenue, Rainworth, pleaded guilty at Nottingham Magistrates Court, on December 18.

He received a 12 month community order with 70 hours of unpaid work, and was banned from driving for 20 months.
