Trial date set at Nottingham Crown Court for Sutton man charged with rape

Daniel Haag, aged 21, of Park Gardens Huthwaite, entered a plea of not-guilty to a single charge, on Wednesday morning.

Prosecutor Dawn Pritchard applied for the case to be adjourned for a four-day trial on the week commencing February 20, next year.

Judge Simon Mayo QC gave Mr Haag bail on condition he has no contact with the alleged victim or goes to her address, and he resides at his address.
