A teenager who was ordered to leave Mansfield town centre was ordered to pay £215 in fines and costs.
Zack Christian Hurt, of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield appeared before magistrates where he admitted the charge.
He failed, without reasonable excuse to leave Clumber Street, despite being excluded from the area under the Anti-social Behaviour and Crime Act 2014.
The court was told how the 18-year-old had been heavily in drink and had wandered back into the zone from which he was banned.
Hurt was then arrested.
In mitigation, it was heard that Hurt’s father, who was sat at the back of the court throughout the hearing, would be punishing his son for is misdemeanours on top of what the court would hand out. He was fined £110 and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
