Overnight from January 15 to Saturday, January 16 Operation Reacher were kept busy by the people of Kirby and Sutton.

Speaking on social media a force spokesperson said: “A 19-year-old male was stopped after he decided to use the streets of Sutton as a race track. He was later arrested for being unfit through drink or drugs. At custody the male failed to provide an evidential blood sample for analysis and has been charged.

“This is Sutton not Silverstone.”
