‘Eagle eyed’ police from the Sutton Operation Reacher Team were on patrol in the town earlier today (April 25) when they spotted a BMW driving into a hand car wash with illegal personalised plates.

The motorist had previously been given a ticket from officers for using illegal number plates on his car and police handed him another one this morning.
