Sutton mum busted for drink driving by McDonald’s staff

Claire Dexter was being served at the drive-through on Park Lane, Mansfield, when workers informed an officer who was placing his order, at 2.25am, on June 25, prosecutor Yaysa Hue told Mansfield magistrates.
She was taken into custody where a breath test revealed she had 87 mcgs of alcohol when the legal limit is 35 mcgs.

He said the defendant, who has no previous convictions, had visited a friend for a few drinks, on Frederick Street, which is just around the corner
Dexter, 37, of Lansbury Road, Sutton, admitted driving whilst unfit through drink and was fined £120 with a £34 surcharge and £85 court costs.
She was banned for 22 months, but she was offered a rehabilitation course which will reduce the disqualification by 22 weeks if completed before October 2022.
