Sutton man who assaulted woman is locked up
A Sutton man who ignored a restraining order and assaulted a woman has been jailed.

Barry O'Toole, 21, of Langton Court, admitted assaulting the woman and damaging a television and a chest of drawers, in Alfreton, on March 27.
At Nottingham Magistrates Court, on March 30, he also admitted breaching the order, made on January 6, 2020.
O'Toole was jailed for 44 weeks because of his "flagrant disregard for court orders" and previous record. He must pay a £122 surcharge and costs of £85.
