Sutton man sentenced after breaching injunction order
and live on Freeview channel 276
Darren Frost, of no fixed address, breached the terms of his anti-social behaviour injunction order (ASBIO), resulting in action being taken by Ashfield District Council’s community safety team.
Frost was originally issued the ASBIO in December 2020 for causing high level anti-social behaviour including intimidation, victimisation, threats and ongoing abuse towards others.

Hide AdThe order forbid him from entering, loitering and remaining on the Carsic estate.
Following a series of breaches, the council’s community safety team swiftly pursued court action.
Following a hearing at Nottingham County Court on January 15, Frost received a 28-day suspended sentence, suspended for the duration of the order.
The order was also extended to include an exclusion of Sutton town centre.

Hide AdOn January 25, Frost was caught in Sutton town centre and subsequently arrested.
Appearing again at Nottingham County Court he admitted breaching his order and was committed to a 28-day prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
Coun Helen-Ann Smith, cabinet member for community safety, said: “Despite being issued an injunction orde,r Darren Frost continued to cause a nuisance to residents.
“His blatant disregard of this order has resulted in him breaching his order twice and receiving two suspended sentences.

Hide Ad“This is a serious sentence and should act as warning to those who think its okay to cause a nuisance across the district.
“The community safety team will continue to work closely with Nottinghamshire Police and provide hi-visibility patrols and reassurance to local residents within the area.”
