Sutton man had child porn and bestiality images

David Smith, 54, of Regent Street, admitted possession of a Category C indecent image of a child, between May 10 and July 4, 2019.

Indecent images are rated A, B and C, with A the most extreme category.

He also admitted possessing two extreme pornographic images which portrayed a person having sex with a dog and a horse, on July 3, 2019.

The court heard that Smith also stole an iphone on July 5, 2019.

A 12 month community order with 30 rehabilitation days was imposed when he appeared before Nottingham magistrates on March 30.

Smith must register with the police under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for the next five years.

He was ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
