South Normanton bookmakers targeted by knife-wielding robbers

Police in South Normanton are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at a bookmakers.

Two men armed with a knife went into Ladbrokes on Market Street between 9.30pm and 9.40pm on Friday 31st January.

They demanded money and a member of staff was forced to the floor while they stole cash from the till.

The man carrying the knife was white, wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a dark hooded top and a beanie style hat.

The other man was wearing black bottoms, a grey hooded top and a padded black gilet.
