George Greasley, aged 21, of Mallard Close, Bilsthorpe, was found guilty of assaulting a female by beating. A community order was made with a 30-day rehabilitation requirement. He was ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Callum Jackson, 36, of Gladstone Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing razors and a toy to the value of £16.50 from Home Bargains. The offences were committed on post-sentence supervision, re-offending on two court orders. He was committed to prison for a total of 16 weeks and told to pay £10.48 compensation.

Andrew Hodgkinson, 42, of Second Avenue, Forest Town, admitted dishonestly using electricity to the estimated value of £622.98. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and told to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Brett, 19, of Sherwood Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing a pair of headphones worth £89.99 belonging to Currys, three Christmas gift sets and a Braun shaver from Boots. Offences committed while a community order was in force. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement with 80 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £149.99.

Miscellaneous

James Docherty, 43, of Westhill Drive, Mansfield, admitted causing racially aggravated harassment. He also admitted using threatening behaviour towards a female, stealing wine and shoes and damaging a property and damaging a window and garden ornament. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days. He was ordered to pay compensation of £1011.99.

Neil Rumfit, 47, of Grendon Way, Sutton, admitted assaulting a male and damaging furniture and a football table to the value of £530 belonging to Mansfield Access Centre. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Damien Farrelly, 25, of Sherwood Street, Mansfield, admitted having a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Sandra Hawkins, 69, of Family Bakers, Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield, admitted selling two packets of sandwiches past their use by date. She also admitted offering for sale a selection of pre-packed foods which failed to correctly list the ingredients; failing to declare the presence of the allergen mustard on filled roll products and allergens in packed confectionary products and hot foods supplied from delivery vehicles. She also admitted selling bread rolls with eggs and other egg products listing them as free range when a mixture of free range and caged eggs were used, and displaying food with mayonnaise listing a better quality product than that which was used. She was fined £118 and ordered to pay a £70 victim surcharge and costs of £500.

Ashley Davey, 26, of Winster Way, Mansfield, was found guilty of touching a female in a sexual manner when she did not consent. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 30 days. A restraining order was made and he was ordered to pay compensation of £100, an £85 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

Ian Morely, 27, of Sherwood Street Warsop, admitted using threatening behaviour. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85.

Mia Godber, 27, of Wrightson Close, Sutton, admitted failing to attend an assessment to establish if he was dependent on a class A drug. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Jeremy Coyle, 33, of Rosemary Street, Mansfield, admitted breaching a supervision order. He was committed to prison for 10 days.

Robert Shephard, 43, of Dallas Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of breaching a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison for a total of nine months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Gary Clews, 68, of Ladybrook Lane Mansfield, was found guilty of driving with 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was fined £277, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 costs and disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Andris Saulitis, 46, of Brunt Street Mansfield admitted driving with 103mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also admitted driving without a licence. He was fined £300, disqualified from driving for 25 months and ordered to pay a £330 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Simon Revell, 44, of Horsehead Lane, Bolsover, admitted driving with 138 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood when the legal limit is 80mg. He was fined £520, ordered to pay a £52 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Paul Cook, 49, of Tudor Street, Sutton, admitted driving with 88mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £135, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Liam Percival, 22, of Meden Bank, Sutton, admitted driving with 62mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath and driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Johnson, 34, of Sampson Road, Mansfield, admitted driving while disqualified. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Jenson Shuttleworth, 20, of Kirklington, Rainworth, admitted failing to stop after an accident causing damage to another vehicle. A community order was made with 120 hours of unpaid worl. He was ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge with £85 costs.
