Theft

Michael Patrick Linford (29) of Newcastle Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £10 from One Stop, wine from Tesco and cans of lager from One Stop. He was committed to jail for 16 weeks, made to pay £80 surcharge, and a criminal behaviour order was imposed for two years;

Hayden Rives (36) of Nesbitt Street, Sutton, admitted stealing a Bluetooth speaker worth £20 from HMV in Mansfield and was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay a surcharge of £80;

Rachel Kowalski (40) of Hanbury Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing various items from Tesco worth £33 and was conditionally discharged, told to pay costs of £85 and a £15 surcharge;

Leon Richard Lilliman (18) of Spencer Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing a bicycle and was referred to youth offending panel for six months and made to pay £250 compensation to the victim.

Violence

Daniel Lee John Platts (19) of High Hazels Drive, Sutton, admitted assaulting another male and was given a 26-week jail term suspended for 12 months and made to pay £250 compensation to the victim.

Drink driving

Amy Louise Notman (33) of Alexander Terrace, Pinxton, admitted having 73mcgs in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Toyota Corolla. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £290, and made to pay £85 costs and a £29 surcharge.

Motoring

Lee Graham Richards (42) of Harcourt Street, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of driving a Vauxhall Astra while unfit through drugs. He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £165, told to pay £200 costs and a £20 surcharge;

David Steele (28) of Harlow Street, Blidworth, admitted using a phone while driving a Ford car. He was given three penalty points, fined £25, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Ashley Peter Day (29) of Bath Street, Sutton, was found to have used a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a VW Golf. The case was proved in his absence and he was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

Antony John Moorhouse (25) of Trinity Road, Edwinstowe, was found to have driven a BMW without insurance. The case was proved in his absence and he was fined £600, made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge and given six penalty points;

James Slater (26) of James Street, Leabrooks, admitted driving a Honda Civic at 80mph in a 50mph zone. He was fined £450, made to pay £85 costs and a £45 surcharge, and given six penalty points;

Matthew Edward Miller (40) of Rugby Road, Rainworth, admitted using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra. He was fined £80, made to pay a £20 surcharge and given three penalty points;

Steven Ripley (57) of Greenway, Forest Town, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Nissan Qashqai that was allegedly speeding. Prove in his absence, he was fined £600, made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge, and given six penalty points; Ireneusz Petrykow (48) of Church View Court, Mansfield, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone while driving a Chrysler Voyager. He was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and banned from driving for six months;

Robert Irvine Butcher (66) of Mallatratt Place, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted driving a Toyota at 36mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £50, made to pay £60 costs and a £20 surcharge and given three penalty points;

Amanda Jayne Cotman (34) of Whaley Bridge Close, Mansfield, admitted driving a Renault at 38mph in a 30mph zone. She was fined £35, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

Michelle Bridget Sharpe (44) of Mansfield Road, Clipstone, admitted driving a Vauxhall at 36mph in a 30mph zone. She was fined £30, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

Jordan Eric Harris (20) of Sanders Avenue, Mansfield, admitted driving a Skoda at 37mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £55, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and banned from driving for 28 days;

Stephen David Kirk (39) of Primrose Way, Langwith Junction, admitted driving a Ford at 36mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £40, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

Veronica McCann (31) of Daniel Crescent, Mansfield, admitted driving a Mercedes at 37mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

John McEwan (46) of Newcastle Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted driving a Nissan at 40mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points;

Andrzej Wasilewski (55) of Sandy Lane, Mansfield, was found to have driven a VW Golf at 36mph in a 30mph zone. The case was proved in his absence and he was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points.
