Alison Appleton (37) of Recreation Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing CDs from Poundland, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay £85 costs and a £60;
Dale Shaw (34) of Lime Street, Kirkby, admitted stealing six packs of meat from Asda in Mansfield worth £41. He was fined £80, made to pay £50 costs and a £20 surcharge;
Simon Frank Ward (41) of Dorchester Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing four computer hard drives from Maplins in Mansfield worth £749. He was given a community order and made to pay a £60 surcharge;
Michelle Dargue (35) of Woodhouse Road, Mansfield, stole DVDs worth £68 from Tesco and £82 worth of DVDs from Superdrug. She was given a community order and made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;
Karl Tomlinson (43) of Princess Street, Kirkby, admitted making off without paying for food worth £99 in Clipstone and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £175 in total, made to pay £99 compensation;
Adam Paul Billyeald (34) of Foston close, Mansfield, admitted stealing rum worth £14 from Co-op and was given four weeks’ jail suspended for 12 months and made to pay an £80 surcharge;
Dean Ricky Burton (42) of Longstone Way, Mansfield, admitted stealing four packets of steak worth £40 from M&S and two counts of failing to surrender to custody. He was given a six-month conditional discharge, made to pay £50 costs and a £15 surcharge;
Lee Michael Clowes (30) of The Twitchell, Sutton, admitted stealing a chocolate bar worth £1 from Poundstretcher in Sutton. He was made to pay £25 costs;
Cheryl Louise Kirby (42) of Arundel Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing a pair of earrings worth £2 from Primark and was fined £40, and made to pay £30 costs and a £20 surcharge;
Adrian Kevin Haslam (35) of Welbeck Street, Warsop, admitted stealing £30 from a female, failing to surrender to custody and failing to comply with a community order. He was given two months’ jail suspended for a year and made to pay £18 compensation and an £80 surcharge;
Mark Smith (36) of Stanton Crescent, Skegby, admitted trespassing into the staff area of a Sutton shop and stealing cash to the value of £135. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay a £60 surcharge;
Naomi Natasha Toor (29) of Main Street, Huthwaite , admitted stealing bedding worth £40 from B&M Bargains in Sutton, and stealing £57 worth of goods. She was jailed for 10 weeks and made to pay £40 compensation.
Gavin Lee Hartshorn (23) of Sandy Lane, Mansfield, admitted damaging a front door and was fined £110, made to pay £200 compensation and a surcharge of £20;
Louise Danielle Boothey (31) of Somersall Street, Mansfield, admitted failing to notify the authority of a change in circumstance that would affect her council tax and income support. She was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for a year, made to pay £100 costs and an £80 surcharge.
Rachel Louise Burton (28) of Yorke Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 55mcgs in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £110, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. No separate penalties were incurred after she admitted driving without insurance and without a licence;
Kenneth Leslie Smith (65) of The Paddocks, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 94mcgs in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was jailed for 20 weeks because it was the fourth time he had been caught drink driving. He was also ordered to pay £80 costs and banned from driving for a year;
Marie Ward (42) of Allcroft Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 343mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood while behind the wheel of a Honda. The legal limit is 80mlgs. She was banned from driving for a year, fined £110 , made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
Andrew Barrie Simms (32) of Southwell Close, Kirkby, admitted harassing a female and assaulting her, and was jailed for 16 weeks;
Natasha Hill (22) of Pine Close, Kirkby, admitted assaulting another female and was given 60 hours community service, made to pay £50 compensation, and £85 costs;
Christopher Martin (30) of Ashfield Drive, Kirkby, admitted dumping waste on a neighbouring property and failing to comply with a notice served to him. He was made to pay £75 compensation and £425 costs;
Peter Lockwood (63) of Rufford Road, Edwinstowe, admitted having a dog that was dangerously out of control, and was made to pay £175 compensation and £85 costs;
