Violence

Benjamin Martin Worrell (24) Lord Street, Mansfield, admitted two counts of assaulting males, and was jailed for three months and made to pay an £80 surcharge;

Orlene Rosemary Wallace (53) of Thorney Court, Bellamy Road Estate, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting another female, and was jailed for 20 weeks and given a restraining order;

Nick Wyer (32) of Chapel Street, Selston, admitted assaulting another male and was given a community order with 100 hours community service, made to pay £20 compensation, £65 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Daniel Robert Marshall (24) of Leeming Lane South, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted using threatening and abusive words or behaviour towards a police officer and possession of cannabis. He was fined £165 in total and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Natasha June Taylor (27) of Mill Close, Huthwaite, admitted assaulting another female and was given a 20-week jail sentence suspended for a year, made to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and an £80 surcharge.

Drink driving

Andrew James Ostolski (34) of Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis and was banned from driving for three years, told to pay a £200 fine, £85 costs and a £20 a surcharge;

Robert Kunczynski (31) of Benington Walk, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 106mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 26 months, given 80 hours community service, and made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

David Charles Wardle (58) of Chancery Close, Sutton, admitted having 75mcgs in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Rover. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £110, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Craig Anthony Chaplin (28) of Inkerman Road, Selston, admitted having 77mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW Golf. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £265 and made to pay £85 costs and a £26 surcharge;

Daniel Robinson (23) of Bonington Road, Mansfield, admitted having 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £250 and made to pay £85 costs and a £25 surcharge;

Glenn Sims (55) of Portland Avenue, Kirkby, admitted having 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Mercedes Vito. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £500 and made to pay £85 costs and a £50 surcharge;

Christian James Thornton (41) of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted having 66mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW Polo. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £110 and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Liam Christopher Maloney (30) of Pleasley Road, Skegby admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis and was banned from driving for three years, fined £280 and made to pay £85 costs and a £28 surcharge.

Motoring

Liam Barry Carter (27) c/o 22 Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was given 19-weeks’ jails, told to pay an £80 surcharge and given eight penalty points;

Kurt Anthony Goodwin (37) Mickledale Lane, Bilsthorpe, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance and was given a community order with 100 hours community service, made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge. He was also given eight penalty points;

Andrei Chilimei (24) of Belper Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving without a seat belt and was fined £200 and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. The case was proved in his absence.

Drugs

Neil Christopher Adkin (56) of Hollington Way, Mansfield, admitted producing cannabis and was fined £520, made to pay £85 costs and a £52 surcharge;

David Anthony Marks (20) of Newark Way, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £40.50 and told to pay £45 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Theft

Simon Charles Jarvis (44) of Portland Street, New Houghton, admitted trespassing into a shed with an intent to steal. He was fined £70 and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Wayne Darren Bowman (33) of Forest Road, New Ollerton, admitted stealing speakers from Boyes worth £15 and was fined £70 and made to pay £15 compensation, £40 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Alan Joseph Stevenson (47) of Foston Close, Mansfield, admitted stealing fungal foot cream worth £3.60 from Rowlands Pharmacy. He was given a nine-month conditional discharge, made to pay £3.60 compensation, £15 surcharge.
