Robert Faulkner, aged 58, of Newgate Lane, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male at Four Seasons shopping centre, Mansfield. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Gedney, 55, of The Knoll, Mansfield, was found guilty of assaulting a male. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £40 victim surcharge and £310 costs.

Mark Bowmer, 46, of Park avenue, Mansfield admitted assaulting a female by beating her. He also pleaded guilty to damaging a cup stand, kettle, mug and photo frame. A restraining order was made and he was fined £25 with victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Anthony Canham, 21, of Scarrington Court Mansfield admitted assaulting a male and a female by beating them. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks with £115 victim surcharge.

Nicolas Vasile, 20, of The Hill Kirkby admitted assaulting two males by beating them. He was committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months with compensation of £200, £100 and £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Linsey Marie Dix, 33, of Ladybrook Lane Mansfield admitted assaulting a female by beating her. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement of 40 hours within the next 12 months. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

John Kavanagh, 30, of Forest Road, Clipstone, admitted stealing groceries of a value unkown from B&M and a bottle of wine worth £15.62 from Asda, while subject to a suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 56 days and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Daniel Bills, 32, of The Hill Kirkby admitted stealing two bottles of gin worth £25 from Morrisons supermarket, meat of unknown from Co-op stores, and separate charges of stealing food items from Co op stores. He was jailed for a total of five months and ordered to pay compensation of £25.

Scott Walker, 46, of Fareham Park Ollerton admitted stealing confectionary worth £27 from B&M Bargains and a multi-trimmer and three yankee candles from Boots He was fined £40 with £30 victim surcharge and £114 compensation.

Frank Ward, 44, of James Murray Mews Mansfield pleaded guilty to stealing meat products worth £100 from Marks and Spencers and possession of cannabis. He was committed to prison for four weeks. Offences committed while on post-sentence supervision.

Aaron Thomas Gormley, 33, of Newcastle Street Mansfield admitted stealing cosmetics worth £20 from B&M. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dimitri Angela, 38, of Portland Way Clipstone admitted driving with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay a £55 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kieran Hibbert, 28, of Somersall street, Mansfield admitted driving with 42 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a license. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £138 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Demma Louise Lomas, 26, of St Peters Drive Rainworth admitted driving with 67 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. he was fined £184 with £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Karl Wood, 31, of Sherwood Avenue Shirebrook, admitted driving with 75 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months with £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Scott Miller, 41, of Darlton Street, Mansfield admitted damaging two vehicles. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £200 compensation and £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gloria McCafferty, 25, of Woodland Avenue Huthwaite, pleaded guilty to damaging a car windscreen. She fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Gibson, 47, of Northfield Park Mansfield Woodhouse admitted indecently exposing himself in a public place. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement, costs of £300 and victim surcharge of £85.It was a further offence while subject ot a conditional discharge order.

Christopher John Parr, 59, of Westbourne Road Sutton admitted using threatening behaviour which was racially aggravated. He als o pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a male by throwing a chair and stool and waving his arms in an aggressive manner. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and excluded from entering the Nag’s Head Sutton for 12 months.

Sean David Finch, 22, of Forest Avenue Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour towards a male and having a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason. He was committed to prison for four months, with £115 victim surcharge.

Sam Buckland, 18, of Searby Road Sutton, admitted using threatening behaviour. A community order was made with an 18 week curfew with electronic monitoring, victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

Jonathan McKenzie, 18, of Garden Lane, Sutton admitted using threatening behaviour. A community order was made with an accredited programme for 30 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.
