Richard Jame

Michael Black, 27, of Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her. He must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work, participate in a accredited programme for 31 days and take part in a activity requirement. He was also issued a restraining order. He will pay £250 in compensation, a surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

William McLughlin, 36, of Vallance street Mansfield Woodhouse pleaded guilty to assaulting a male. A community order was made with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring for eight weeks. He was ordered to pay compensation of £75 and costs of £85.

Kiegan Christopher Morton, 20, of Harrington Street, Mansfield was found guilty of assaulting a male by beating. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200 and costs of £100.

Mark Andrew Lowe, 48, of Winster Way Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating. He was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £500.

Terence Gornall, 59, of Northwood Avenue Sutton pleaded guilty to assaulting a female . He was fined £80 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

James Edward ughes, 28, of Barringer Road, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating her. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Theft

Carla Billingham, 44, of Glenside, Kirkby pleaded guilty to stealing £8 of grocery items from Poundland. It was an offence committed during the period of a community order. She was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Joanne Beardsley, 47, of Welbeck Street Sutton pleaded guilty to stealing two bra’s to the value of £27 from Asda. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and victim surcharge of £80.

Mark James Carter, 36, admitted stealing lead from St Mary’s Church Edwinstowe. He was committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 24 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and ordered to pay £300 compensation.

Motoring

Philip Andrew Ryan, 59, of Milldale Walk Sutton admitted driving with 104 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. A community order was made with a 100 hours unpaid work requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Emma Hodgson, 38, of Walesby Lane, Ollerton pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £90 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

John Robert Brooks, 45, of Lansbury Road Edwinstowe admitted driving with 41 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. he was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £215 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Mark Croucher, 43, of Stella Street, Mansfield admitted driving with 107 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months, fined £500 with victim surcharge of £50 and £85 costs.

Breach

Richard James Alan Talbot, 30, of Stamper Crescent, Sutton, failed to comply with supervision requirements on two occasions which were imposed after he was released from prison. He was given a supervision order and must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work.

Oliver Paul Hufton, 20, of Holland Crescent Selston failed to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order . A suspended sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months imposed as overall sentence of six weeks.

Jack Burchell, 23, of Hartley Road Kirkby admitted contacting a female while prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. It was committed during the operation of a suspended sentence order. He was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks, with victim surcharge of £115.

Mark Underwood, 38, of Wellbeck Street, Sutton failed to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order. A suspended sentence of imprisonment of 16 weeks was imposed.

Abigail Louise Smith, 29, of Stamper Crescent Skegby pleaded guilty to causing alarm and distress in a place she was prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order. She was discharged conditionally for six months with £20 victim surcharge.

Timothy Joseph O’Donovan, 32, of Abbeydale Drive Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour. He was fined £65 with victim surcharge of £30.

Cameron Wilson, 18, of Brookside Avenue Mansfield Woodhouse pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, with costs of £85.

Haydn Miles Wright, 22, of Skegby Road Kirkby pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a male. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 .

Danny Lee Bowskill, 25, of Layton Burroughs Mansfield pleaded guilty to destroying a door at YMCA Mansfield. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Samuel Phillips, 24, of Layton Burroughs Mansfield pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour to a PC. He was discharged conditionally for six months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jonothan Paul Weaver, 34, of Old Mill Lane Mansfield Woodhouse admitted dishonestly failing to declare a change in circumstances to the Department for Work and Pensions. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement of £100 hours in 12 months, with costs of £200 and victim surcharge of £85.

Lisa Marie Weaver of Old Mill Lane Mansfield dishonestly failed t promptly notify a local authority of a change of circumstance affecting housing benefit claims. She was fined £170 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
