Matthew Ball, 38, of Walesby Lane, Ollerton, drove a car without meeting the insurance requirements. He was fined £100, pay costs of £100 and a £30 surcharge.

David Poole, 59, of Griffin Road, Ollerton, drove a vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence and without insurance. He has been issued with an community order with a curfew and electronic monitoring requirement for eight weeks. He will pay a surcharge of £85, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed by eight points.

Charlie Drury, 21, of Fackley Way, Sutton, drove a car with 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £167, pay costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge. His licence was also endorsed with ten points because the loss of his licence would have resulted in loss of employment.

Louise Gallager, 40, of Oak Avenue, Ollerton drove a car with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. She was also found to have on her possession a quantity of cannabis. She has been disqualified from driving for 20 months and was fined £350, pay costs of £85 and a £35 surcharge.

Arkadiuz Winski, 42, of Recreation Street, Mansfield, has been sentenced to 16 weeks in prison because of repeat offending. He drove a vehicle with 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He also drove the vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence and without insurance. He also failed to surrender to court. He will also pay a £115 surcharge and is disqualified from driving for five years.

Tracey Roberts, 44, of Third Avenue, Forest Town, drove a car without insurance. She was fined £120, pay a surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Her licence was also endorsed with eight points.

John Kavangh, 30, of Forest Road, Clipstone, has been sentenced to 24 weeks in prison because of a “dreadful record” aggravated by offending on bail. He stole four cans of Stella from a Co-op in Sutton, and used threatening behaviour in King’s Mill Hospital. He also stole larger from a Co-op in Huthwaite, stole alcohol to the value of £31 from Asda in Sutton. He also stole cheese and alcohol from a Co-op in Edwinstowe totalling £36.99 and stole alcohol from a Bargain Booze in Clipstone. Pay compensation of £83.48.

Anna Muszynska, 38, of Westbourne Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, stole a hair removing device to the value of £149.99, perfume to the value of £52, a perfume gift set of £81 from Boots in Mansfield and socks valuing £25 from JD Sports. She also stole items from B&M Bargains and the presence of a Class A drug was found in her body and she also had a foil lined bag. She has been issued with an community order which includes a drug rehabilitation requirement and activity requirement. She will pay £230.99 in compensation, a £85 surcharge and costs of £85.

Daniel Richens, 30 of Bentinck Street, Mansfield, stole larger from Texaco on Rosemary Street and items to the value of £88 from Tesco on Chesterfield Road South. He has been issued with an community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and activity requirement. He will also pay £9 compensation, costs of £85 and a £85 surcharge.

Jeanette Talbot, 51, of Layton Burroughs, Mansfield stole items from Sainsburys in Mansfield to the value of £72. She has been conditionally discharged for 12 months and will pay a £20 surcharge.

Kirsty Godson, Tideswell Court, Mansfield, stole gift sets from Superdrug in Mansfield and North Face gloves from Millets. She has been given an community order with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. She will pay £85 in costs and a £85 surcharge.

Drugs

Benjamin Preston, 21, of Harby Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, had on his possession in Rush Public House on Clumber Street a quantity of Cocaine and methylenedioxymethylamphetamine (MDMA). He was fined £300, pay costs of £85 and a £30 surcharge.

Breach

Steven Parnell, 46, of Bath Street, Sutton, sent friend requests to a women he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. He was committed to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. He will also pay a surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.
