Officers say a shocked dog walker contacted them after she spotted a man indecently exposing himself at the Oakham Nature Reserve off Hamilton Way in the town on February 27.

The woman – who was alone at the time – told police that the man began following her and, as he walked past, indecently exposed him before disappearing into bushes.
