Police appeal after teenage girl followed and harassed outside shops in Kimberley
Officers have released an image of a man they wish to trace after a teenager was harassed while shopping in Kimberley.
The incident happened on Sunday 9 November just before 3pm in Greens Lane.
The 16-year-old girl was shopping in Sainsbury’s when she noticed a man staring at her.
When she left the shop, she was then approached by him outside the Card Factory.
The girl said he made her feel ‘scared’ and ‘intimidated’ as he began to pay her complements and ask her where she lived as well as talking about a property he owned.
A shop worker intervened, and he fled the scene.
