On June 1, he was stopped again on Abbotsford Drive, Nottingham, and a test revealed he had 109 mcgs of alcohol in his breath, when the legal limit is 35 mcgs.
Pinnock 44, of Stock Well, Bulwell, admitted the offences when he appeared at Nottingham Magistrates Court, on June 2.
A 12 month community order, with a six month alcohol treatment course and ten days of a rehabilitation activity, was imposed.
He was banned from driving for 52 months. He was also fined £866, with £180 court charges.
