Nottinghamshire man jailed over attack on woman and other offences
A Nottinghamshire man has been jailed for a total of 17 weeks for a raft of offences, including going equipped for burglary, possession of drugs and assaulting a woman.

He also admitted beating the woman in Harworth, Nottinghamshire, on March 17, as well as harassing her, behaving in a threatening manner towards another woman and damaging a window.
Aside from the prison sentence, Magistrates also ruled that Morris must pay £200 in compensation, £122 victim surcharge and £85 in prosecution costs. A restraining order was also imposed.
