Men charged with armed robbery after incidents in Skegby and Huthwaite

Two men have been charged with armed robbery after three incidents that took place in the space of three days in North Notts and Derbyshire

The incidents took place in Littlemoor Lane in Newton in Derbyshire and Forest Road in Skegby on November 21 2019, and Chesterfield Road in Huthwaite on November 23 2019.

Callum Raworth, 24, of Cedar Close in Sutton, has been charged in connection with the incidents in Newton and Skegby and has been remanded in custody.

Luke Walters, 30, of Cross Lane in Huthwaite, has been charged in connection with all three incidents and released on bail.

He will next appear at Nottingham Crown Court tomorrow (February 21 2020).

A third man has previously been charged with armed robbery in connection with all three incidents.

All three men are now set to stand trial at Nottingham Crown Court starting on May 26 2020.
