Mansfield thief swiped sweets, cash and sunglasses
A Mansfield thief who stole sweets and cash from a woman, and sunglasses from a man, received a £277 court bill.

Connor Ward, 20, pleaded guilty to the thefts at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court, on April 1.
He received an 18 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £20 compensation to the woman and £50 to the man after the thefts on February 17.
He must also pay £85 in costs and a £122 victim surcharge.
The victim surcharge will be deducted from his benefits.
