Police Investigating Officer Sean Osborn said: "We are trying to locate a witness who's evidence will help with an assault investigation.

"We are aware that a man found the teenage boy in distress. We would like to speak to that man to help with our enquiries.

"The boy suffered injuries to his teeth and mouth.

"The man rang the victim’s parents and waited with the boy until his Dad came. Sadly they didn't exchanged contact details.

"We believe by speaking the man, he will be able to help with our investigation.”
