Mansfield man due in court over alleged knife attack
A man is due to appear in court charged in connection with an assault.

Thomas Kirby, 26, of Howard Road, Mansfield, is charged with wounding with intent, possession of a knife in a public place and possession of cannabis.
He will appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court today (April 2).
An offender kicked in the door to a house on Burns Street on Tuesday night, attacking a man inside with a knife.
Police located and arrested a suspect at another address.
