Hide AdDetective Sergeant Dave Prest, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “These arrests are thanks to some excellent work of officers who spotted and then stopped a car which had been seen being driven erratically in the Mansfield Woodhouse area.
“One of the suspects is now being questioned in relation to a number of reported cash machine incidents across the force area.
“Cash machine thefts and attacks have a severe impact on communities, especially in more rural areas, who rely on these machines.
“I want to reassure the public that we are taking this series of crimes very seriously and the perpetrators will be brought to justice.”
