Man charged with causing grievous bodily harm after Mansfield street incident

A man has been charged following a punching incident in Mansfield town centre.

The 22-year-old man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm.

The charge follows an incident on Clumber Street in Mansfield on February 23.

William Dennis, of Kempton Road, Mansfield, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Friday June 19.

Officers were called to Clumber Street just after 3.30am to a report that a man had punched another man, causing serious injuries.
