A man has been charged with grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm after an assault in Mansfield.
It happened at Leeming Lane on Sunday (May 24) at around 2.40am in the morning.
A 22-year-old man was attacked and a 24-year-old woman was punched in the face, say police.
Kylyn Tomlinson, 26, of Leeming Lane South, was arrested a short time later and has now been remanded to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on June 22.
