A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a car fire in Huthwaite.

The incident occurred on Barker Street at around 10.10pm on Sunday.

A fire investigation established the blaze was started deliberately.

A 26-year-old man was taken into custody this morning, where he remains, on suspicion of arson.
