He admitted exceeding 30mph speed limit. He was fined £100, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Christopher Aaron Devlin, 37, of Palmerston Street, Westwood.

He admitted exceeding 40-50mph speed limits. He was fined £112, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) costs.

Selwyn Michael Charles, 50, of Draycott Road, Long Eaton.

He admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £310, disqualified from driving for six months, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

THEFT

Lee Martin Hodgkinson, 31, of Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield.

A suspended sentence of four weeks was activated in respect of an original offence of stealing an air freshener to the value of £6.99 from B&M Stores, Sutton in Ashfield. He admitted stealing goods to the value of £35 from One Stop, Mansfield, for which he was sent to prison for four weeks consecutive and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. He admitted stealing items to the value of £39.99 from Smyths Toys Superstore, Mansfield, for which he was given a four-week concurrent jail sentence. He admitted stealing items to the value of £38.98 from B&M Bargains, Mansfield, for which he was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence. He admitted possessing cannabis for which no penalty was imposed. He was given an eight-week consecutive prison sentence for breaching a community order and three four-week concurrent jail sentences for breaching community orders.

Craig Andrew Scarborough, 31, of Sutton Middle Lane, Kirkby in Ashfield.

He admitted stealing garden furniture which belonged to a woman. He was given a community order with 240 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £300 CPS costs.

Craig Anthony Murphy, 37, of Linnet Way, Hucknall.

ASSAULT

Jamie Lee Philip Henson, 35, of Old Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse.

He admitted assaulting a female by beating her. He was fined £675, given a restraining order, ordered to pay £200 compensation, £67 victim surcharge and £300 CPS costs.

Shannon Marie Hill, 22, of George Street, Mansfield.

She admitted assaulting a male by beating him. She was given a community order with 180 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £90 victim surcharge.

DRUGS

Jodie Marie Jegasothy, 33, of Downing Street, Bulwell.

She admitted possessing cannabis. She was fined £80, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs. She admitted possessing amphetamine and was fined £80. The drugs were forfeited. She was fined £40 for committing an offence during a period of a suspended sentence.

William David Richardson, 31, of Garrett Avenue, Mansfield.

He admitted sending an electronically communicated message which he knew to be false to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. He was given a community order and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 CPS costs.

He admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
