Officers from the Operation Reacher Team and the local beat team targeted drivers in Forest Town during a Fatal 4 Operation on Tuesday following complaints from residents.
In addition to the speeding fines, three motorists were given tickets for failing to wear a seatbelt and a vehicle was seized after the driver was caught driving at 60mph with no insurance and only having a provisional licence.
