“He became aggressive towards the police officers and threatened to ‘smack them out’. He was arrested and he started calling the officers f****** d******** and f****** w******.”
The court heard that Spence had a previous conviction from Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court dating back to August 1 this year for criminal damage and breach of bail.
The court was told that Spence had been fined for these offences when he appeared earlier this month.

Fining Spence £100 and ordering him to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge, magistrates told him that “drinking too much can be an expensive business.”
