Records show that, when stopped, Moran blew 90mg of alcohol to 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mg - meaning he was more than two-and-a-half times over the legal limit.

Moran was given a 15-month community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work in the community, and must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £95 victim surcharge.

He was also banned from driving for a total of 25 months. However, the disqualification will be reduced by 189 days if he completes a recognised drink driver awareness course by April 2, 2022.
