Crews from four fire stations were called out this morning, Sunday 1st February, to tackle a static caravan fire in Pleasley.
The engines from Bolsover, Shirebrook, Mansfield and Edwinstowe all attended the blaze on Chesterfield Road following the call out at 12.35am.
They arrived to find the 15m x 8m caravan well alight.
It was found that the fire had started in the roof space of the home.
It took them more than hour to bring it under control using four breathing apparatus and two hose-reel jets.
They left the scene at 2.26am.
