THEFT

Simon Foulkes, 36, of Edingley Avenue, Mansfield. Entered a garage as a trespasser and stole therein tools of a value unknown. Also stole a wallet of a value unknown. Jailed for 112 days. Offence so serious due to record and further offences of dishonesty. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Morgan Harris, 18, of Lime Avenue, Mansfield. Having entered Fishers Service Station as a trespasser, stole an amount of cigarettes, alcohol and cash of a value unknown. Community order made with 200 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

John Evans, 27, of Chesterfield Road, Mansfield. Stole steak to the value of £15 belonging to Farm Foods. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs, a £20 victim surcharge of £15 in compensation.

Nathan Byrne, 34, of No Fixed Address. In Ollerton, stole DVDs and coffee to the value of £79.99 belonging to One Stop Ltd. Jailed for six weeks. Must also pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Michael Gilbert, 27, of Langton Court, Sutton. Stole cheese and bacon, to the value of £10.73, belonging to Home Bargains. Community order made with curfew requirement. Also ordered to pay compensation of £10.73.

BREACH

Zac Jenkins, 29, of Argyle Street, Mansfield. Without reasonable excuse, attended an address in Forest Town and contacted a female when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Restraining order reimposed. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Jane Richardson, 47, of Garratt Avenue, Mansfield. Approached and spoke to a female when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Offence committed while subject to a conditional discharge. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Must also pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.

VIOLENCE

Stephen Scullion, 32, of Elderfield Drive, Sutton. Assaulted a female by beating her. Also stole £20 in cash belonging to her. Jailed for 21 weeks. Offence so serious due to record, children present and prolonged incident. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Cherelle Wright, 24, of The Twitchell, Sutton. Assaulted a female by beating her. Also damaged a television to the value of £1,700. Restraining order imposed. Fined £475. Also ordered to pay £1,700 in compensation, court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge £47.

Alex Sisson, 20, of Wharncliffe Road, Ordsall. Assaulted a female by beating her. Restraining order imposed to protect victim. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £300 in court costs, compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Lauren Carlisle, 24, of Mappleton Drive, Mansfield. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty and was found guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour in a public place, namely Clumber Street. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £100 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Daniel Widdowson, 22, of Dalestorth Street, Sutton. Assaulted a female by beating her and damaged a phone by belonging to her. Restraining order imposed to protect victim. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £190 in compensation, £85 in court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

DAMAGE

Cameron Green, 24, of No Fixed Address. In Sutton, damaged a door to an unknown value. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £30 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

MOTORING

Mark Sharpe, 31, of Dalestorth Avenue, Mansfield. On Wilberforce Road, Mansfield, drove a car, namely a Volkswagen Golf, without a driving licence or insurance policy in place. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £180. Also ordered to pay court costs of £620 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Douglas Price, 26, of Alfreton Road, Pinxton. Being the driver of a car, namely a Volkswagen Golf, on Rufford Road, failed to stop when required to do so by a police officer. Also found guilty of driving without due care and attention. Banned from driving for seven months. Fined £400. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge £30.

Andrew Hall, 24, of Wynndale Drive, Mansfield. Drove a car, namel a Renault Cleo, on Sherwood Avenue after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 69 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. Also found guilty of driving without due care and attention and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 18 months. Fined £400. Must also pay £200 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Maria Tamburrino, 29, of Vale Road, Mansfield Woodhouse. Drove a car, namely a Ford Fiesta, on Portland Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £120. Must also pay court costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Drove a car, namely a Mercedes, on Huthwaite Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. Thomas Bramley, 31, of Sandalwood Close, Mansfield. Without good reason or lawful authority, had with him a knife in a public place, namely the Co-operative supermarket car park in Clipstone. Community order made with programme requirement. Must also complete 150 hours of unpaid work, pay £85 in court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
