Council warn of delays as Coxmoor Road is closed

The road is closed for urgent excavation work to to locate and repair a cable fault.

The roadworks are taking place around 112 metres South from the Junction with Cauldwell Road.

The road was closed on October 14, and works are expected to continue until October 26.

Delays are also possible on the B6020, Lane End, Kirkby, as Tarmac is being laid.

The works are taking place from the Police Station, to the Junction with Millers Way

Around 56 meters of the road will be trenched in tarmac during the works, which are expected to last until October 26.

The road will not be closed, but there will be temporary two-way traffic lights while works are ongoing.
