Cooker fire at Shirebrook address
Firefighters from Bolsover and Shirebrook attended a kitchen fire in Thickley Close, Shirebrook last night (Friday 10th October).
The incident occurred at around 7pm and was caused by a cooker on fire, which had been extinguished by the time crews arrived.
The property had to be ventilated and two people were treated by ambulance staff for smoke inhalation.
