Composting workshop is ap-peeling
Adults and youngsters visited Bulwell Forest Garden last weekend to join a composting workshop.
The event was delivered by Simon Scargill from Robin Hood Veg who showed the visitors how to make their own composting bin.
“Despite the weather being very wet , five adults and six children attended the course,” said Barbara Bates, chairman of Bulwell Forest Garden. “And two people came and took away a composting caddy tobring their vegetable peelings to the garden to support our composting scheme.”
