Clean wards and tasty food at King's Mill Hospital
Patients at King's Mill Hospital in Sutton are benefitting from clean wards, appetising food and good standards of dignity.
That’s according to the latest report by PLACE (Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment), which involves local people going into the hospital to cast their eye over services.
Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust, which runs King’s Mill and also Mansfield Community Hospital, emerged with a cleanliness rating of 99.52 per cent, above the national average of 98.5 per cent.

Hide AdIt was also above the UK average for food, the condition of its buildings and the wellbeing and privacy of patients. It was only below the national average for dementia services and disability services.
