A choir clearly hit all the right notes among shoppers to raise cash for a good cause.
The Forest Singers raked in the money during a series of performances at supermarkets in the run up to Christmas.
And their singing clearly struck a chord with shoppers who dug deep to deliver more than £1,112.
The money was recently handed over by the Mansfield-based Forest Singers to Cruse Bereavement Care in Mansfield. The charity helps to support people who have lost someone close to them.
The Forest Singers are directed by Vicky Melling on the far left of the picture. Brian Mitchell, chair of the Forest Singers, is pictured presenting the cheque to Liz Thomas, chair of Cruse Bereavement Care.
