Supermarket giant Morrisons has revealed it will close 10 stores this year across Britain, but have confirmed which shops will bite the dust.
Stores covering our area include Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse, Kirkby, Bulwell, Worksop and Retford.
However, Morrisons have said it could be weeks before the list of stores that are earmarked close are made public.
The supermarket said that like-for-like sales have fallen by 3.1 per cent, in the six weeks to 4th January.
Chief executive for the retail giants, Dalton Philips, announced this week he was leaving the company after five years at the helm.
It is thought that many customers are now opting for discount supermarket brands such as Aldi and Lidl.
